Q3 β€” Delegate Tasks that feel urgent but aren't important to YOU specifically. Someone else's priority. Calendar coordination, generic RFP retrieval, AE admin work. These are signals of missing roles, missing process, or interruption habits β€” they shouldn't live with the SE.
